- The House of Representatives will launch a formal impeachment inquiry into President Trump

- Trump reportedly had pressured Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy in a July 25 phone call to investigate Democratic presidential front-runner Joe Biden and his son Hunter, who had worked for a company drilling for gas in Ukraine

- It is uncertain whether the results of the inquiry will lead to an impeachment because of Trump’s support in the Republican-controlled Senate

Bank Indonesia (BI) is easing the down payment provisions through loosening of the Loan to Value (LTV) policy for property financing. BNLI welcomed the policy with a focus on channeling Home Loans (KPR), encouraging financing on property as well as environmentally friendly vehicles.
